Please join us for a brief overview of the DNV Physical
Environment review process. DNV surveys using the
ISO process which offers an alternative to the JCAH
process. Several Hospitals across the New York region
have surveyed with great success with DNV. Our speaker
will review the DNV survey process and answer questions
regarding the Physical Environment.

Please note that this program is open to all staff who have
responsibility for the Environment of Care and Life Safety
survey process.
There will be morning refreshments and lunch provided
after the program.

A small fee of $35- per person payable at the seminar
for non CNYSHE members to attend (includes lunch).
CNYSHE members may attend for free.
