CNYSHE was founded in 2000 and like the national organization, ASHE, we are devoted to the professionals who design, build, maintain, and operate hospitals and other healthcare facilities serving New York State. Mindful of the unique needs of our region, the mission of CNYSHE is to provide an organizational structure at the ASHE local level so members may work together on topics of interest, education, codes and standards, design and construction, clinical and non-clinical equipment, and safety and security in the fields of healthcare facilities management. CNYSHE is a local Chapter affiliate of ASHE.
